Mānuka Overnight Oats
Start the day right with one of our four delicious overnight oat recipes using NUBU Mānuka Honey. They are easy to prepare and perfect for a healthy breakfast on-the-go!
Mango Mānuka Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
- 1/2 cup pureed mango
- In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and manuka honey.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning top with pureed mango and enjoy!
Sweet Cocoa Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, manuka honey, and cocoa powder.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy chilled.
Peanut Butter Honey Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, manuka honey, and peanut butter.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy chilled.
Apple Pie & Manuka Honey Overnight Oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, manuka honey, diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy chilled.
