Mānuka Overnight Oats

Mango Mānuka Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice 
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
  • 1/2 cup pureed mango 
  1. In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and manuka honey.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning top with pureed mango and enjoy! 

 

Sweet Cocoa Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  1. In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, manuka honey, and cocoa powder.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy chilled.

 

Peanut Butter Honey Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  1. In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, manuka honey, and peanut butter.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy chilled.

 

Apple Pie & Manuka Honey Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp NUBU Mānuka Honey
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  1. In a mason jar or container with a lid, mix together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, manuka honey, diced apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy chilled.
